My company is very nice and will give tuition reimbursement for any kind of technical certification. I recently gained a Private Pilot License and shortly after, submitted an application to have training costs reimbursed (partially). I’ve been waiting on this process to complete before placing an order for the empennage. Today, I received the approval and shortly thereafter, I ordered an RV-7A empennage!!! Now we play the waiting game. Received most tools last Friday and am waiting on a DRDT-2 dimpler and my pneumatic squeezer. Have done some work on the practice kit from Vans but it’s pretty insignificant. Just deburring and drilling. You’ll get to see plenty of that throughout this log.
