Finished bending and tapering the reinforcement angle. This time I managed to match drill the Aft Rib to Spar to Front rib quite nicely (i.e., where I screwed up the left side). After this, I final drilled all the holes in the skin and took it all apart. Now everything is ready to de-burr, dimple, and prime. Almost ready to rivet. No pictures again as it’s more of the same. While waiting for the replacement parts, I had clecoed together the rear spar of the vertical stabilizer. Tomorrow, I will actually start prepping the Vertical Stabilizer parts. In looking ahead on the manual, the vertical stabilizer is a lot easier to build than the horizontal stabilizer. I decided I would just go ahead and get all parts prepped and ready to prime at the same time and then I can rivet both the VS and HS around the same time.
